Pulse Planning is a planning and monitoring solution that provides an instant snapshot of all ongoing projects, in a very simple RAG status format that is updated, in real time, by the crews on the ground and their supporting operational and management teams using standard web browsers,and/or smart phone or tablet devices.

The solution also includes a detailed plan that extends out to a minimum rolling twelve month time horizon, and is analysed by project, street & crew, in weekly time buckets.

The plan also includes various planning attributes to help the business mitigate risks that might have adverse impacts on achieving planned activity and therefore profit targets, flagging issues such as where particular crews are over- or under-deployed or, where a project has a start date before the council notice start date or, the project is due to end after council notice has expired.
